6th February 7pm: Nutrition & Mindset Workshop

Let's kick the Winter Blues and really learn how to take charge of our bodies and our relationship with our bodies and food! PHD Canditate Orlaith Furlong is here to empower us with knowledge and a new perspective!

In this 3 part workshop with Orlaith Furlong (PHD Candidate in Nutrition), you will learn and explore:

1. Vital evidence based nutritional science for women, along with practical advice to apply this to your everyday life.

2. The importance and fundamentals of mindset when setting/following through with body composition or weight goals.

3. The process Orlaith uses with her clients to give you insight into what it's like to work with a nutritionist. In this part of the workshop you will be given personal consultation forms to complete to see where you are now & set goals from this.

It is going to be so much more than learning about nutrition although of course this is our starting point. Evidence based female nutrition will be Orlaith's first topic, then she will empower us with how to change our thought processes to alter how we talk and think about our bodies to make long term better food choices.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED? You will receive a personalised consultation form and 4 weeks of self assessment exercises to keep on track after the workshop. These are usually for her 1-1 clients only & are charged for, but come included in your ticket price!
